We ship most in-stock orders within 2 business days from the time of order. Out of stock, special order items, or items drop-shipped by the manufacturer may require additional lead-times for delivery. We will notify you shortly after we receive your order to confirm any drop-ship or special order status, and to provide you with an estimated date of shipment. On in-stock items shipped via UPS, DHL or FedEx, a tracking # will be sent to you by email when your item(s) ship from our warehouse.
* Streetwise ships orders via UPS, FedEx, DHL and other common carriers. Some orders are shipped from multiple locations, and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order to ensure the fastest possible service.

Return policy
Most of products available from Streetwise are returnable. To initiate a return, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 14 days of receipt of the product.
All items being returned must have a RA# and be received in a new, unused and in sellable condition to receive a refund or exchange. Streetwise will not refund freight. Your return must include the original box, paper work, instructions, part(s) and hardware that was included in original package.
Electronic products are not returnable.
Items must be returned in new, sellable condition, in their original packaging with original packing material and in the same condition in which they were shipped. Parts that appear to have been sanded scuffed, cut, filed, painted or modified in any way are not returnable.
Streetwise will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances. This also includes items that are under the manufacture warranty or defect.
Custom or special orders are not returnable.
Return procedure
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
To request a RA#, you must contact Streetwise during business hours or by email after hours and a customer service representative will contact you the next business day.
When calling for your RA# please have your copy of the invoice available for the customer service representative. This will speed up the process and you will have all the needed information that a customer service representative may ask for.
Once you receive your RA# it is your responsibility to make shipping arrangements. Streetwise will not accept any returns that are shipped C.O.D.
Shipments will not be received without a valid RA# clearly posted on the outside of the box. These items will be refused and returned at the shipper expense.
Streetwise is not responsible for items returned without proper return information (customers name, address and RA#) on or in the box. Failing to add this information will delay your return credit or exchange and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Credits
All returned item(s) will be inspected upon receipt and must meet the following criteria for a credit:
- Must be returned in new unused condition.
- Must contain instructions and all hardware.
- In original packaging.
Credits will be issued once product is inspected and will be refunded using the same method as original payment. This process is normally completed in 5-10 business days. |
